This boho, rustic ranch located in Traveler’s Rest was the most stunning backdrop for Isabel and Wynn’s wedding day! South Wind Ranch is the perfect mixture of modern meets farm aesthetic. Adding in the sunniest day of the month and you have a day every wedding photographer wants to photograph! The Johnson’s added in their own elegant touch with their flower accents on the table, wood frames, and so many intricate little details.
As soon as we stepped foot onto the property, we immediately felt the love surrounding us! Isabel and Wynn had known each other since the 5th grade, and are childhood sweethearts. After enduring 4 long years of long distance, it is no speculation that this day would be anything but special.
In addition to their love, the love of Christ was eminent on this day. Isabel and Wynn married in an open church on the ranch, and included Him in every aspect, from their vows to the ceremony. As the officiant said, “…One of His greatest acts, the creation of marriage and the creation of the family”.
After the touching ceremony, Isabel and Wynn’s personality flipped! The party was on, and the drinks were non-stop. Everyone went on the dance floor and danced all night long, with the bar hosting special cocktails of the night and any beer and seltzer you could think of to loosen you up. The bridesmaids and groomsmen even had nerf guns and put on a show to start the night off right!
All in all, this wedding day at South Wind Ranch in Traveler’s Rest was absolutely spectacular. We want to thank The Johnson’s once more for choosing us to be your wedding photographers for your very special day, and congratulations to new beginnings! We love you!
