The beautiful countryside Hotel Domestique venue is located in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, and Betsy and Ryan’s wedding there was nothing short of perfect! With stunning views of the mountains behind the courtyard, this event space is every wedding photographer’s dream. And what better couple to photograph here than Betsy & Ryan’s special day!
Although this may not be our first wedding we have photographed here, it sure was one of the most memorable ones! Starting off with the most adorable DOG they included in their day! Their cute little lab was definitely our favorite groomsman of the night. The Ferguson’s had included a treat jar for their pup that anyone can give him, how sweet!
What melted our hearts more than the cutest grooms-pup was the love that we felt from everyone present. My favorite of the day was Betsy and her daddy; the look he gave her as she walked down the aisle was just oh so precious.
As the night rolled on, the real fun began. Betsy & Ryan did what I would say is one of the most unique things to do at their wedding- signing their marriage documents right after the ceremony! I love to see new traditions and trends being brought into the wedding world! After they signed their documents, the DJ turned up the tunes and had a neon party blast! Betsy rocked it on the dance floor with some pink shutter shades!
Lastly, we just want to end off this blog by saying congratulations again to Betsy and Ryan for their beautiful special day! The Hotel Domestique in Travelers Rest is always one of our favorite venues to photograph. In addition, we want to give one big thank you to the Ferguson’s for choosing us to be your wedding photographers, we are honored and we love you!!
